Toxicity Check
Are you seeing the patterns behind what's being said?
Send a 2–5 minute clip, and I’ll map the conversational pattern for you.
"I didn’t need a therapist. I just needed to know the patterns weren't my imagination."
Most people replay conversations because they subconsciously see the pattern.
Tones can get loud, emotions can be messy, and memories are often unreliable. But patterns are clear.
For example, you don’t see fierce debates erupt on whether a triangle is a triangle. You just learn a triangle's pattern and call it what it is.
The same goes with healthy and unhealthy communication. Beneath all their words, the health of a conversation is literally math.
From this perspective, there's no such thing as a "toxic person," only toxic patterns that emerge between parties.
And to identify these patterns, all you need is a conversation, a notepad, and a pen.
What is a Toxicity Check?
A Toxicity Check is a simple, visual scorecard that shows:
- 🟢 Functional conversation
- 🔴 Unhealthy escalations
- ⚪ Indifference or neutral engagement
- 🏁 Attempts to exit that were not honored
The report is a pattern map that reveals conversational trends. That’s it.
How the system works:
Step 1
You send a consensual 2–5 minute voice note or video clip.
Step 2
I map the turns using a communication system developed by Dr. Edna L. Rogers — a mentor I studied under and one of the pioneers in relational pattern research.
Step 3
You receive a clean, visual snapshot of the patterns revealed in the clip.
Step 4
What you do with the pattern map is up to you.
You'll see:
- the trends of each speaker
- any "flags" dropped in the conversation (red, white, checkered)
- a one-sentence summary of the dynamic
No blame. No assumptions. Just a map.
